    Absolutely horrible.  /sarcasm

Awesome, what kind of cooling and which motherboard?

Looks good to me, but what it your qpi/vtt?  I can fold 24x7 at 4.4 on 1.33125 with a 1.32 qpi.  I'm stable with Prime and Linx 4.5 at 1.38750, but folding crashes after awhile.  I'm hesitant to run 24x7 over 1.4v (per the intel spec).  It's funny too, my highest core temp at 100% is 60C (I really should push it farther).

    Looks very nice...
I see lots of cores over 1.4v but I don't care to 24/7 myself either. There must of been reason they changed it to 1.375 and started to call 1.4 destructive... for the 980
Also, I have read that the system is more stable with a odd number multiplier. I don't really know if that has any merit to it or not.. didn't seem to make a diff to me..

woooooooooo all those cores running at 4.5
with only 1.4v 164 QPI simply put, fantastic.
Run some benchmarks and post them up

You mean CPU benchmark utility? I have ATI cards if you're talking about vantage or 3dmark.

I don't know what is better, higher multiplier or black frequency.

Which do you think is better?

Oh at this core speed i am sitting idle at 35C!

ATI cards are compatible with 3DMark Vantage... and the 5000 series do very good in it as well.  As for higher multiplier vs higher BCLK, well you want a good balance between both.  For example if you can get to 4 GHz using 160 x 25 or 200 x 20, the latter would perform better since the base CPU frequency is faster.  Finding your max BCLK is a pretty good idea, to do that lower the multiplier all the way and start increasing the BCLK 5-10 MHz at a time and stress testing it after each increase.  Once you find your max BCLK frequency you can start trying to increase the multiplier a bit.

Maybe I should have said post up some benchmark results.
Yes 3DMV and or PCMV anything that would give us perspective.
It's been my experience higher clocks don't always equal better results sometimes the opposite can occur which is why we bench. I've seen some high clock produce horrible results vs a lower clock. It just seems you would want to know.

boredgunner gave good advice there I would take it but the only way to know for sure you have benefited from higher blk would be to bench the system and it stands to reason it would also be beneficial to compare the difference at say 4.0 at a low blk high multi or the opposite. Either way a bench mark will easily discern the difference. Keep in mind the way your system reacts may be slightly different than another and it may take a great deal of patients to find your systems sweet spot.  That is why the answer is ambiguous  you need to dig in and seek it.
