That might take some time in terms of technology. Besides, they have to milk this one first I have the flat LG one, but this excites me. If the price is right, I'll go for it. Of course, when the 120Hz ones come in, I'll jump on them too What I know is, this 34"+ WQHD form factor is just perfect for me. What can be better is a more pronounced curvature with better immersion and viewing angles. I guess with more curvature, they might even look at a larger version, like 40" 4096x1760

Totally makes sense. But seeing that I am rocking 144hz @ 5760x1080 at the moment... I can wait. The 1440 is nice to see. As is the curved effect (Love seeing that on the 4K tv's). I have a hard time going backwards with performance and paying to do that.

I have a 2560x1440 monitor which I can clock up to 120 hertz so I'm happy right now. My next upgrade will be motherboard processor and memory but I have no cash right now.

Well, if you have the space and you don't mind the bezels and other quirks (like application compatibility), and you feel like high Hz is a must, a multi-monitor setup is hard to beat for a pro. This form factor serves people who don't want to deal with installation issues and other quirks, who can't stand the bezels, and/or who has limited space, and who doesn't mind 60Hz. I fit in all those categories

I like this Dell most of all, but I would like G-Sync inside. Installation G-Sync on monitors without is possible?

lol! Make no mistake. If you search back, more than a few times I have offered that in my mind... 34" to 36" in 4K running at 120hz hits the shelves... I will literally be driving to where ever I need to and buying one of the first that hit the shipping docks. These will be the cats meow of all monitors and worth the $1200-$2600 price tag they will carry...

LG established a market with an experiment, it must have flourished enough for Dell to believe it was big enough for two players. It really is like that Steve Jobs quote, "People don't know what they want until you show it to them." But it is the people who act like they can't survive without that which hasn't debuted yet that worry me, how have they survived this long? But I wish they'd list the actual curvature, like a radius or angle. cisco0623 i think curved is horrible! I quite like the idea behind it-- provided the curvature worked for me. I think some games adjust their peripheral for extreme angles meant for flat screens, so they wouldn't look right on a curved screen; but I don't play [those types of] games often.

I was just in the market for an new TV. I went with a 4k flat form samsung instead of the curved. It was $1000 more and if you weren't sitting dead center colors became off and you could see reflections from the other side of the screen lol. I read many reviews and its more of a gimmick it seems. Maybe its nicer on a sub 30" computer monitor, but i hate reflections.
