DGTuner for Case software problem

When I try to run the DG Tuner software, it says firmware update and then "Can't find USB HID Device. I thought I had everything plugged into my motherboard?

    They both seem to be still plugged into the side of the case that i can tell. And the one usb3 connector is connected to my mb.
    Both usb3 ports on the side, and both usb 2 ports work on the case.
