DG Tuner problem

When I try to run the DG Tuner software, it says firmware update and then "Can't find USB HID Device. I thought I had everything plugged into my motherboard?

    I also have the same issue, opened a ticket with support and have gone through a few things with them; no resolution as yet.

    same problem here. everything is attached as it should be, once i start the dg tuner - Can't find USB HID Device
     
    Any solution would be great. ..

    Same problem here.

    Fixed it. USB 3.0 cable needed to be reseated.

    your right, the usb3.0 connector was the problem, although i dont really understand it, cause the usb3.0 ports worked like a charm. problem still persists. sometimes its working, sometimes not. going to call evga support tomorrow and ask them for a replacement board
