I'm checking into it. EDIT: Issue was sent to the development team. Since it's the weekend, I'm guessing Monday at the earliest. EDIT #2: It should be added next week.

Hi, Just wanna ask for a feature for DG Tuner : automatic fan curve adjustement depending of the temperature inside the case. Would be really, really, really nice ! Thanks in advance !

The USB-3 header with the 2 large cables inside the case that connects to the motherboard seems to be the date line used by the software.
This is also the 2 blue USB-3 sockets on the front bottom next to the mic-headphone jack
I don't know which one is used (shared) by the case ( right-left ) guessing the right one ? so try installing and testing and using with nothing in the 2 front USB-3 ports. ( I have a mouse in the left front now with no problems)
When I had my Logitek G19 keyboard in the front right USB-3 socket and I had the K-button (on) my USB Switcher that lets me fast switch the keyboard to different computers would not switch. I changed the keyboard/switcher to a USB-3 port that goes direct to MB and all was well -at least the switching .

Any chance you could add the dg tuner software functions in to precision ocx? Just add a box on the side and a extra fan curve slider if you have a dg case. (and one k boost button that do both case,cpu and gpu)

I tried to download the software without first registering my case. I then registered the case and went back to try and download the software and it's still telling me I need to register a DG case to be eligible to download the software, except now I do have it showing up in my registered products. Any ideas?

in the bottom of the case u have the serial number, is all you need to register your case, you go to my evga then my products and all you have to do is register the serial number
