So i have bought some 24mm x 120mm EK 2,0mm strips for the VRM, i checked the vram on 1070 FTW everything was good so no need for pads there. 
the EK pads have a 3,5w/mk thermal conductivity also used Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Thermal Paste.

Idle temp: 24C
Mild OC for gaming: core +122 memory +300
Loop on Valley: max temp 52C @35% fan speed.(over 1 hour tested)

Before mod: Max OC: +130 on core +300 on memory( even 1 mhz over 300 would crash)
After mod: Max OS: +155 on core +600 on memory (didnt try more tbh)
