Hey everyone,

i bought another Titan X last week mostly for better framerates in GTAV but also preparing for the move to an UltraHD Monitor.
Right now i'm on a single 2560x1440 Display and performance is alright in most games with just one TX. Its on water running at 1400Mhz. I have the second card here since last Tuesday but there are parts for the block missing I can't install it until mid of next week.

I was doing some read up about the SLI issues with Windows 10 and the results were mixed so I thought its a good idea to ask here before I do something I might regret (I can still return the card). So my questions are:

- Is SLI stable now on Windows 10 with the latest driver set? I read there was some kind of memory leak issue causing most games to crash.

- How are scaling and smoothness these days? The latter one is the most important, I had SLI setups in the past but went back to a single GPU (780ti > 980 > Titan X).

- How is GTAV running with 2 cards? I'm not really playing so many games at the moment, just GTA, Dragon Age, sometimes messing around with Star Citizen. DA:I had SLI problems from what I hear they got fixed now. Not sure about the other 2 games.

Many thanks in advance!

I can only speak for myself and only for 2 games.

With the past 2 maybe 3 drivers, I've had no issue's playing BF4 and Witcher3 in SLI on Win10.  The drivers before that, yes, I experienced crashes, memory leak, etc; as others also described.

Been working fine with two 960s on 355.82. I've pretty much only been playing MGS V, and that's not had any problems generally, but there's some stuttering and short freezing that happens after a couple hours of gameplay. I think there still might be some memory leak issues with the drivers and MGS, as I don't see this happening with other games. Windows shows that the swap file is like 96% filled when the game starts to misbehave. I haven't updated to 355.98 yet, as I'm still trying to get Windows to update from 10525.

Thanks for the input, its much appreciated.

I think what i'm gonna do is I keep the card but wait for the next big driver update (360.xx series?) before I give SLI a try on Windows 10. I'm not in a rush with this upgrade and it looks like there are still a few issues to be ironed out.

    Kind regards
