I bought the GTX 980Ti hybrid (EVGA) from www,umart,com,au which had the banner (until the 1st October, 2015) for the MGS promo... but I did not receive one.... where do i get it from? do i have to register the card online to get the code or??

If people actually read the bundle page it gives you the answer. "*Valid only with the purchase of a qualifying EVGA product model listed below while supplies last and the product must be purchased from EVGA.com on or after October 6th, 2015." You can certainly try and ask since its only been 4 days..but ultimately its a judgement call on their part. You can always refuse the shipment I guess and get a refund and reorder it if its that big of a deal .

Yes ,it is true that they say only available to purchases after 6th of October however as you also said I could just cancel the order and reorder it, but that would just be a waste of time both for me and for EVGA. If I were to return it, it would achieve the same result as just giving me a game code which in turn means they don't have to give me back my money and wait until the graphics card arrives back just to re-sell it. Like-wise I wouldn't have to wait another week for it to arrive. Either way I am getting this graphics card.

You may lose money, as evga may not pay return shipping. Then you end up waiting a few weeks for the new card, unless you have the money to go ahead and pay out for a second card. frysie

You get it from the place of purchase. Contact the place of purchase and get your code. Read the rules and you will see that clearly stated. This applies to ALL NVidia based promotions. EVGA is only offering for purchasing directly from their own store, no other store.

And it's a bad code, therefore EVGA should replace the code with one not yet redeemed. It's called responsibility to customers instead of using loopholes. Otherwise I will stop buying their cards for a different manufacturer providing the same product with better customer service.

How is EVGA a 3rd party going to help you with codes you received from a different 3rd party reseller? you clearly stated you purchased from where? Microcenter.. So Microcenter gives you the code, NOT EVGA. I am sorry, but what do you not understand about that? EVGA has NOTHING to do with the code. You need to talk to MicroCenter. Again, read the rules.. number 1 - Purchase any graphics card from the qualifying list above on or after October 6th, 2015 from EVGA.com

Hopefully it is starting to make sense.. If not, then I think you may want to return the cards for a full refund. Then you can purchase from EVGA.com and get the codes you are referring to.. Since MICROCENTER gave you the bad code, NOT EVGA. Hopefully you can understand that EVGA did not give you the code, and if they did, it was a mistake, since you did not buy from them.

Well, you do have to wait until the game is released.. just like everyone else. This isn't an early access code, this is a free copy of the game.

Call Amazon if you're having issues with your codes. EVGA cannot do anything for you as they aren't the place of purchase.

You are able to view your online game code immediately after purchase. After placing your order, the code is stored in Your Games and Software Library. I win. Where's my Blue Ribbon.
