I'd performed some tinkering of Collatz Conjecture's app_info.xml (see below search for those parts which are bolded in blue) after reading

app_info.xml,
collatz_2.05_windows_x86_64__cuda31.exe & cudart32_31_9.dll are copied together into boinc.thesonntags.com_collatz folder whereas L13 I8 S0 is the secret recipe and the full explanation of its syntax can be found in the readme.txt for Windows 64-bit o/s.
