This has to be worst coil whine I have EVER experienced it's so loud it COIL WHINES THROUGH the speakers. Holy ****, I have had cards coil whine BUT MY GOD. THIS IS SO BAD.

    Coil whine through speakers? You're most likely hearing some type of interference.

    Are you using your on board sound card? It could likely be that it isn't shielded very well and picks up on the interference generated by the video card.
     
    Try moving the GPU further away from the on-board sound chip.
     
    Alternately, you can get a USB sound card. I've been using the same Sound Blaster 5.1 Surround USB external sound card since 2009, and even with cards that had bad coil whine it never came through my 5.1 surround sound connected to the SB USB card via optical cable.
