cstkl1 you didn't meet the stated criteria: SimC33 This is a club for the EVGA community for those of us who love and enjoy to OC our core i7 CPUs. It is for those who wish to post their results and build our comminity to help others if need be in reaching a goal they wish to achieve with their rig. In order to join Club i7 Stability , you must post ONE screenshot containing the following: 1. At least 20 runs of Linx passed with no errors, using a problem size no less than 25,000 (This will require your system to have around 4.8 GB of free memory, which should not be a problem for the majority of core i7 users. Allowing Linx to load and then unload seems to free up some additional memory.) LinX 0.6.3 IS A REQUIREMENT! LinX 0.6.4 can be downloaded from this site and I will keep it updated to the newest version for future people to see and use. http://www.xtremesystems....howthread.php?t=201670 2. CPUz front tab showing your overclock, voltage, and threads. 3. Real Temp showing your min/max temperatures before and during linx. 4. Include a notepad shot with the screenie having your EVGA username DO NOT DO IT SEPARATELY...include it with everything else for ONE screen shot. Example: It eliminates the chances of accusation of the results being fake or not theirs 5. HT is your preference, but the stats will be divided into two sections. HT on and HT off 6. The i7 MUST be OC'd to 4.0Ghz or above. (Those of you who have 3.8,3.9 etc...I encourage you to reach the goal of 4.0 and enjoy the process of getting yourself there.) *7. Please post the following ABOVE THE SCREENSHOT:* Screename Core i7 (whichever you have) Batch #: CPU clocked at: Voltage: Idle temps: Load temps: I will not add your post to the list unless you have provided this AND the screenshot. If you don't care to be added to the roles that's OK, otherwise you prob need to re-do.

HalloweenWeed Wow, look at those gflops! I gotta try without HT! Yep without HT enabled I get over 95 GFlops. Also, there's a post around here about updating LinX with linpack 10.2.5 from intel. It loads the cores with HT enabled much better. It also generates more heat.

How can the core temps not rise and fall when stress-testing? Is it bc the core temps are actually colder than the sensor detects (out-of-range)?

Just a very powerfull SS that took a lot very carefull building and planning, not to mention quite some time in tuning.

kitfit1 HalloweenWeed What does SS stand for? I have googled it and checked acronym finder and I cant figure it out It stands for "Single Stage" Phase unit. As it has one compressor. A "Cascade" could have 2, 3 or even more compressors. It also means Super Sonic. You turn the thing on and it lets you make your CPU go ZOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
" Psst. Zip up. Your ignorance is showing." " I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it!" " Can an Atheist get insurance for acts of god?
