Gratz to all of the new arrivals and hard work on those stable overclocks!!!  For all of you with low GFlops and high run times... that is part of the dreaded LinX bug... I would keep working on it till the GFlops and time come in line with the others you see posted.

Just edited my post. I didn't stopped and restarted Linx after an error or on demand. I don't know if this falls under the LinX bug, but just wanted to make that clear.

overclocker333 I was the one that started the subject and posted the links for the purchase of the unit as I was very excited about the arrival of my new CBGPCS OZC phase cooler.

Could you *please* post a thread showing what you have to do to install such a unit, with pictures, when you get this unit installed and everything?? I am *very* interested in something like this, I just don't know enough about it to make the jump right now.

I probably will eventually do a build log but if you want a head start I sold my old Vapochill LS to "trs32505" aka "Shock-The-Monkey" and he posted some of the prep you will need to do in this thread:
http://forums.evga.com/tm.aspx?&m=18482&mpage=1

I would do things a little different as he put PJ jelly on the back of the board where I use a piece of sticky backed Armacell foam but there are many different ways to insulated for condensation that the cold can produce.  My method is in my "Another Cheap AC Chiller" link in my signature below... and yes... anymore discussion on this really should be done in a separate thread.  If you want to start one... I'm sure many will jump in to help you.  Also... RJ did a sticky in the overclocking thread which now seems to missing some great pics that were once there:
http://forums.evga.com/tm.aspx?m=328

...and there are many threads in many forums on what to do.

***Warning***  Once you turn to the "Cold Side"  you will forever be in it's grips!

The new board is amazing! I love my classy mobo...I was able to get the OC up to the 4.4 mark and passed LinX but I DIDNT SAVE THE SCREENIE BEFORE SHUTTING IT DOWN!!! So now im in Bossier and NOT Baton Rouge and I think the electricity here has affected the way the OC is because what worked in Baton Rouge now does not work here in Bossier...Oh well, Its sitting at the 4.3 mark right now and folding like a champ! I will push for the 4.5 when I get back to Baton Rouge in mid January!

Take care everyone, and keep the updates comin!!!

SimC

Oh and P.S...Where can I find a LN setup site to buy from? I am highly thinking about that or a phase change now that I have the classy!!!

Well... it is a 1366 socket chip but in a whole different league.  I for one... would love to see what kind of time and GFlops it would produce.  If you have one... do you think you could post it?

I have a SS phase unit with an unlocked gulftown, I'll see what it can do... I haven't read through the whole thread.. is there a page I can skip to, to see what the requirements are? probably a stupid question.. going to look now.

Cal need to follow the rules

3. Real Temp showing your min/max temperatures before and during linx.

4. Include a notepad shot with the screenie having your EVGA username DO NOT DO IT SEPARATELY...include it with everything else for ONEscreen shot.

Ok. Ill redo it.

I must say, no matter how much you do to make it look like a legit screenshot, it still could be fake. Screenshots are very easy to edit even with a simple program like windows paint.
