This concept of good customer service as witnessed above is not a difficult concept......but it seems so few companies can grasp it.

EVGA is awesome.
There have been times when the on-hold time is incredibly long, and the phone system tells me to leave a message, then they'll call me back. 5 minutes later, I get a call.
It's awesome. I've never seen a company that would rather call you than have you wait on hold.

Dollars to donuts this guy punched the wrong number into his phone then kept hitting redial. An honest mistake but I pity the fool that was getting all the calls...I would hang up on him too. I would love to see those phone logs and the "dialed" page in his phone.
+1 to all the staff that responded... besides the fact your products are #1 the service just cant be beat !! Joe I know you don't remember but I'll never forget the 45 minutes you spent with me on the phone years ago when my NF-41 kept dropping the internet and you got me up and running. Thanks EVGA !

Sorry for the late update I was at work all day. So i had several EVGA TECH support and mangers (Jason,Kyle and one other person who i wish i could remaber his name) They were all very helpful and super nice. We really didnt get to the bottom of what happed yesterday night  .. But needless to say they help me resolve the issue i was having. Im very happy that i got so many calls from EVGA shows they do care about what goes on.

Keep in mind, guys, that phone systems can sometimes act up, and the OP may very well have relayed exactly what happened. EVGA certainly does have an interest in ensuring that callers do get answered promptly, so if there was an issue, you'll definitely see EVGA try tolfix it ASAP. Keeping that in mind, however, EVGA does still go above and beyond in making sure that all customers are helped, even if it means they have to track them down.

Please elaborate. Your post is so vague it just sounds like trolling nonsense. Please carefully explain in a detailed paragraph exactly what your experience is and we will be more then happy to help a dude out.
DUDE is it that hard to understand i called over 9 times and every single time I call the pick up and hang up on me. if you do not get it dont bother to help i have all this being recorded i have called off4 phone house phone and cell phone and business phone and all the phone i am being hung up on.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ill be sure to report this to the highest authority possible.
I thought it was 9 times.... you need to elaborate on the problem your having so people here can help you out.

That law varies from state to state some states require you to inform the other party, some states require that one party is aware. recording a conversation without permission would only be ilegal in some jurisdictions. Since Tos prohibits posting anything ilegal, someone would have to deturmine his location to deturmine if it would be a violation of TOS. Also if it is resolved, it's pretty much a mute point. He had a problem, ( no one is perfect not even EVGA ), EVGA bent over backwards to resolve it ( Nothing new there ) , and he's up and running, Just what we all expected would happen. Time to move on, There is nothing to see here.

This is unnecessary. Like nordic said, phone lines are not perfect; they could have been down or experiencing problems for many reasons. The important thing is that EVGA has addressed your issue and has resolved it. There's no more to say here. EVGATech_Kyle has made a post saying that he has already conversed with walyalloush.
