I have a new build with a 1080 fe, during some cut scenes etc I see clear transluscent horizontal lines that runs up the screen.

Anyone with similar experience with gpus can help me?

    Cut-scenes etc? cut-scenes in games? it might just be the games and i have seen this in the past especially on darker backgrounds in the cut-scenes in games, is it the same on your desktop? if it is also on your desktop then that might be some sort of problem, is your GPU firmly seated in the top PCI-Express slot on your motherboard, worth checking just in case. Tried a new cable from GPU to monitor if you have a spare cable that is? could be anything, but i would go whith EVGATech_RayH and show a photo of it.

    Which type of connector are you using? DVi-D or HDMI? any overclocking?

    I think he may be talking about tearing. I'm seeing a little in some games where I'm not pegging my framerate at 60 fps.
