As far as a motherboard is concerned, the pump is just another fan. As long as it is below 1 amp @ 12 volts (12 watts) in theory it should be fine. Anything higher than that if powered from the fan header will cause irreparable damage to the board. Same reason you do not plug in those 6k RPM (255mm H2O pressure) Delta fans into a motherboard header, too much current draw form the header.
If it uses the MB PWM and a molex\sata connector for power, as Matt said, use CPU1\2, if it pulls power from the header not just PWM, then be sure to read the manual for the AIO and make sure the pump does not pull more than 1 amp @ 12v (12 Watts).
