Classified 980 only running @ 1175mv ???

Hello Guys,
 
I have two 980's in SLI and when i loock at the software (Afterburner,Precision X,GPU-Z,Nvidia Inspector etc.) the top card is max. running @ 1175mv ?
I thought that they can run @ 1212mv by default.
 
the bottom one is running @ 1200mv at the exact same clock and with the exact same bios.
 
i tock the default bios and added a custom fan courve and new Vram speed and Max boost speed but even if i flash the stock bios on it they are only running with that voltage.
I know thet a lot of programs are not showing the correct voltage but i think they are really only running with that voltage....
 
san can you guys tell me why this happens ?
 
Why is the max voltage on both diffrent when they have the same bios and the temps are ok (70 degrees) ?
I have no throtteling ore anything else one the cards.
 
Can someone tell me a program witch is telling the correct GPU voltage and is not capped at 1212mv ?

    One card probably has a higher ASIC causing it to use less power for the same clocks.

    They are not required to run the same voltage. This is normal behavior. You don't want everything running St the max available, or it will cause extra wear and tear.
