I'll throw in everything I have for as long as the CC is going on. 1)dogfish 2)dogfish I just finished setting up an old rig of mine with 2 8800GTS as well as my GTX 295 and Radeon 5970 and the PS3 combined I estimate about 40,000 PPD.

Welcome dogfish! Thanks for your contribution! Well everyone, the other teams had mentioned that we would have trouble reaching 90% of our folders because they aren't active in our forums! We average 7.8 million ppd, and so far have 5.9 million ppd signed up!!! I'm no math wizz, but it looks like we were able to get more than 10% of our ppd signed up  Lets show these naysayers what we can do as a team!

OK....I'd like to sign up and participate...only I don't know if I actually can. I'm currently deployed to Afghanistan (will be leaving in a few weeks though), and I installed on a government computer. I know I know, bad me lol. The CPU client is configured with the proxy server settings but it keeps saying "attempting to get work packet". Do I need the passkey installed or is there some other issue I'm having? (firewall maybe?).
Anyone know what port/protocol the regular 32bit XP client uses?

first you got to make sure you have permision but it is most likely a firewall i know this because i work for the DOD on a air force base, and stanford servers are most likely blocked since most all bases follow the same protocal. I was able to get permision to use some pc's at the med facility for CC last year. this year they are letting me set up a few more. but that's a secret ppd increase

I ordered up another gtx 275 last night, and a proper heatsink for the 860 so I can add another 20,000ppd to my original 29,000. Also sent out messages to every one on my PSN list asking them to bring what they could to the table for the challenge. (granted, for most of them it may only be the PS3 itself) Edited: for spelling errors
