Why not 3x 580 classic cards instead?

I think that GTX285 Classified will be a perfect PhysX card, using a GTX580 would be a waste for that purpose.
 
Sure, if you want - add another GTX580 for 3-way SLI, but the GTX285 has to stay!
 
Such a pretty EVGA showcase... I'm quite jealous.

Last stuf making for vga's, making 5 more of these, cut them on lenght, other side also connectors,
isolate them, make them black :

like this the connectors will be :

each vga 2 connectors,  but behind each pair there are 3x 12v rails.
So vga's will get enough power
(and made shure the cables are not to tin for that power transfer)

only those bars need to come at the same hight as the connectors on vga's, so need some curves to get that

Wait... are those live copper pipes that you are using to transfer the energy to the video cards? Why not wires?

That is amazing. Does doing this void the warranty of the cards? I would assume not since your not really altering the cards at all, just what you use to plug the cards in with.. 
 

EDIT: Do you have to purchase all these items yourself or do you have sponsors who give them to you?

Figured as much. That is an awesome idea man! You should put a patent on that thing and sell it for enthusiats such as yourself who like to keep their rigs so fresh and so clean! =P

WOW... just WOW. I've seen your build before, not sure if here or some other forum but I still wen't through all the 8 pages with eyes wide open and my lower jaw on my desk. There's just so much about this rig, there's not a single part of it which is not extraordinary, everything is modded with attention to even the littlest detail, there is so much innovation and awesome ideas, so much hard work and creativity. 

You going to get the blocks for the cards at all to chill them as well? Or you just going to leave them on air? Didn't you add a 285 Classy as well for PhysX?

I love the 285 Classy. IMO it is one of the best looking cards EVGA has ever put out. Even looks better than the 580 Classy and 295 Red Edition.

One question about the power going to the video cards, How does tat work?

There's not so much power tru it that it starts sparking lol.
