today i customized the 3D fangrill so it fits on my Coolit Boreas Chiller :

MAt Black acryl bended with a heatgun, for detail for the Boreas chiller on the HDD bays.

now waiting to receive the mobo hopefully this week, or at last beginning next week.

Only problem is that the case needs a big adjustment for fitting the mobo in the case,
but it will work how i whant it.
i can also use a backplate likes this, but i will keep the original backplate of mobo, but adjust it :

If you look at the sizes of the Classified ATX mobo (30.5 x 26.4cm) against a SR-2 E-ATX (34.6 x 38cm) :

the case will need some adjustments lol.

Mounting for the Boreas Chiller made, was first the HDD trays.
Now made mat black acryl with behind the mounting plates for the boreas chiller.
And still need to finish it nice off and put holes for the cables of the boreas :



the koolanc controller has new connectors, now only small smd-led's in it for some red light and it is finished

now i have 1 koolanc flowsensor, atx power and the internal usb done :




i made already last night some modifications to the tray to fit the mobo,
but the case also needs some modification, and the box to close it over the mobo, needs to be bigger also.
i just can't get it closed completly, look at the pic good :


very small update, making little adjustments on the fan for a little more airflow.

Coolit Freezone Elite is ready to and cpu's are on the mobo ,

today i sleeved the cables for the Evga EVP OC Panel V3,
Also the flat ide cable etc
And made a cable to extend the Connector from the motherboard EVbot in the IO-Shield to the front of the pc :

Two koolance 360 rev1.1 , and koolance SR-2 Classified full cover block are arrived :


after received it, let's open up the full cover block SR-2 and change it a little bit :

a lot of sanding it to get the nickel of it, and then the first layer of primer :



first layer mat black is on, tomorrow sanding it and paint it the last time for finishing touch,
after when it's dry mount the block again and put it on the motherboard :

Now i'm again doing little sleeving, and this week making also the 90° angle for the cpu power connectors.
And making a new motherboard cover of the case, it needs to be bigger (bigger mobo then normal fit the case)

Really amazing work m8! This really looks awesome, and I like your idea, although I don't like the design of the Level 10 Case.

the plastics fittings i use because :
 
i whant to use as less possible metal parts, because i have Hybrid cooling (TEC) and go very far sub-ambient on the liquid.
To prevent condensation as good as possible.
Also plastics will isolate a little bit better the cold in the liquid then the metal.
 
If i pay attention to every detail of insulation and stuff, at the end it will give me better temp, then if i put normal tubing and metal fittings.
 
I use also not normal tubing, but (industrial)  tubing that isolates also.

they are really good result, better then i expected lol.
 
But a pain in the ass to make them

if you use cooling like this, you should expect also condensation, just like i will be isolating the cpu sockets with armaflex.

Are you aware that you can also buy Armaflex isolation for your tubing? Because even with industrial tubing, I think you'll have condensation on the tubing, the water from the tubing will go to the CPU's, the SR-2 and the GTX 480's, and killing your hardware, cause even if you isolate very good, water standing on top of the Armaflex will get through, although it may take some time.

Yes, I meant if the tubing doesn't isolate well, you will have condensation on the tubing, this will run down to the ends (chiller/CPU Blocks), and then you'll have some water there. But if the tubing isolates very good, it all should work fine. BTW how powerful is that chiller?
