I like it. I just wish it was a 4 door. I like to be able to fit more people and have more room for groceries. I am a guy who likes full size trucks instead of compact trucks. The green color is really nice. Dont like the red lip on the rims and how chromed out they are. But I do like the tire tread. I would rather have the rims be gun metal matte look instead of that chrome. The BIGest thing that appeals to me about the truck is that it has a winch. I wish Raptors came with one. I mean you can buy aftermarket options thats are specifically for it but as far as I am aware you cant get one stock.

Ya the engine specs are really really low for a truck. But this is a concept so I am sure it will change just a tad bit.

I love the engine specs! This thing isn't supposed to be a HP monster. This will be a truck with the best fuel economy on the road, can tow, and can crawl. You want a big power truck get a Ram-Runner and slap a supercharger on it.

I'm actually pretty happy about the engine specs... My dad hates gas guzzlers, Which means we'll probably have one of these, Since he backed out of the 2015 mustang because he said he wanted a truck =/

Seriously though, They better release it... He's looking into the Silverado right now, I do NOT want a Silverado, I want this!

I rather have a Raptor and slap a supercharger on it. But they also have the F-150 Harley Davidson edition that supercharged. But in reguards this is a truck so everyone should expect it to suck a bit a fuel. Also with how low the engine specs are for this, good luck trying to tow your dream boat or if your a farmer your cattle. Ya I know this truck is meant for small things like having a bunch of boxes of bricks and tile in the bed or if your moving/buying furniture.  I wonder how big of a car that winch can pull out. I bet its one of those cheap ones since it comes stock where its winch clutch will have problems after a bit from use or weather.

The thing I don't like about the Raptor is that it has hardly any ground clearance.....that is why I like the Ram-Runner.

I'd have to drive it to see how the diesel works out. Think I'd rather have a 300+ hp V6.

More pics! I love the looks of this truck!!!!

That already exists though. There is no truck with an i4 turbo diesel though.

I'm just not a fan of diesels, don't like the noise they make or the fumes from them.

What I would really like to see is a V8 in this bad boy. Chevy has put a 5.3L Vortec V8 is the Colorado before.

    and modify it!

Yes, but fuel economy and range sucks. There are v8's and v6 gas jobs already....we don't need more of the same.

My work truck for 6 years had a Mercedes i4 turbo in it and it sounded like a washing machine. People always asked me if there was something wrong with the truck.

All manufacturers seem to be going to turbocharged motors. if you are going to create a vehicle to semi compete with a competitors line, you should make the engine specs close to it.

It's not on the market yet. They don't even have it in the Titan yet, but soon will be. The power in the Frontier diesel does look better though.

The ZR2 looks better to me and I don't think the Frontier Desert-Runner is a 4X4?

I do. And I'm not the only one. I'm extremely happy about this, I wish they would start making more i4 diesels, we could rely use the MPG's they can crank out when compared to the same exact car with a gas engine.

I forget where I saw it, but a guy did a diesel swap into a car that had a gas engine. It was the same car, but he had the gas version and it was in really good shape, the diesel had gotten into an accident or something. He went from 18 to 34mpg with the swap. Diesel may be 10% more expensive atm, but they are way, WAY more robust engines and, they slaughter gas engines in the mpg department.

Oh I also forgot to mention, but you can do this as well, and crank even MORE MPG's, and add power. http://ecomodder.com/foru...sel-70-30-a-30520.html
They added 60hp AND doubled mileage.

No one in the US offer a small diesel truck.

Why would you want a 300 hp v6 with only 250-280 lb-ft of torque in that when you can have a diesel kicking out 370 lb-ft of torque stock and getting way better mileage? Minor mods will have that little diesel kicking out another 80-100+ lb-ft and still be cheaper to operate than a gasser. It is a no brainer in a truck.

Remember kids HP is an equation for bragging rights Torque is what moves you

It's also funny because without torque HP means nothing haha. Most ricer kids don't understand this, however. They just want something that sucks gas and sounds like a rattling can full of bolts, or is lifted to skyscraper heights, I would say they are compensating for something that is a little on the small side ;).
