Hey guys!

Can any of the team help me with this issue. I could have sworn I registered all my cards on the same day. Checked the step-up program getting excited to step up the cards to 1080. To my dismay I noticed only three cards were registered. In my frantic rush I pulled my 980ti from the rig and registered it. The card was purchased recently and only purchased in prep to use with the step up program(was anticipating pre order sales and how things would sell out quickly). Everything has been uploaded including invoice. Is there anyway possible to have this card enabled for the step up as well? Need guidance on this one as i'm sweating bullets lol! Have always been a loyal EVGA customer. Help!!

If it is outside the 14 day window you need to purchase the $30 warranty and you should be good to go. Had to do it with one of my cards as well.

This I do know, which is what I was originally going to do but there is no option to buy an extended $30 dollar warranty for some reason.

If you should happen to miss your 14 day registration window on your qualifying 3 Year Warranty product then you may also purchase an extended warranty within 90 days of your original purchase date to enable the Step-Up option.

Are you still within the 90 days?
