Cant add product so cant order thermal mod for GTX 1080FTW, can someone please advise

Hi All, 
 
I have a GTX 1080 FTW. 
 
When I go to the thermal mod page it says add your product although when I go to account add products the button just gets stuck, no page opens.
 
Any advice?

    Try clearing your web browser cache & cookies then try again. If clearing browser cache & cookies doesn't help try a different web browser.

    You do have your card registered correct?
