Can't Redeem Metal Gear Solid 5, help!!

Hello all who may read this, I have just purchased an EVGA GTX 980 from Amazon UK that arrived today, and while I was trying to redeem the copy of Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain, I accidentally clicked submit on the 'Date of Birth' tab that verifies your age, and it submitted my Date of birth as being the 1/1/2015 if I remember correctly, what date it was. And now it is saying 'Sorry, but you are not qualified based on your age.' I was wondering if there is any way to reset this as it won't let me redeem my free code, due to me being stupid. I would appreciate feedback about the problem and if there is a way around it.

    id talk to support about this, put in a ticket or call them and talk to them, they will clear things up

    Cpu= I7-9700k
    Cpu cooler= Nzxt Kraken x62
    GPU= Evga Hybrid 2080 ti
    Motherboard= Asus Prime Z390 a (dont recommend)
    Ram=G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB
    Ssd/Hdd Samsung 970 pro 2T / Intel 660 1t
    Monitor= Gigabyte M28U 144Hz 28" 4K
    Power Supply= EVGA SuperNOVA 850 PQ

    at least you got a code :). I bought a 980 from Staples then a 980ti via step up a month after and I got no game promos with either card.

    1) Was Staples participating in the promo? 
     
    2) Are you sure step up cards are eligible for the promo?  2a) https://www.evga.com/articles/00946/Metal-Gear-Solid-V/#collect

    i order'ed 2 gtx 980 ti's one from newegg (got the code) and one from evga and they wasn't doing the promo, :(
