Cannot change installation directory - EVGA Precision X15

Hey guys,
 
I was just wondering, is it possible to change installation directory for EVGA Precision X15? I do not want to install it via steam. I want the non-steam version.
 
The old version worked just fine, I was able to install it on my HDD. 
 
Got Windows 8.1. x64

    You can find the non-steam version on the Precision X download page here. On this page you should see EVGA Links and Steam Link, you will want to chose the EVGA Links for your download. If you have any more concerns or questions, Please feel free to contact us at 888.881.3842.

    I know, but I want to change its installation directory, but there is no such option during installation.

    I know, but I want to change its installation directory, but there is no such option during installation.


    I have no issues with the new EVGA Precision X but I too would like to change the directory where I install it.
     
    I have to ask EVGAtech_BillyR  But is that Sid the sloth smashed in your Profile Image?

    Unfortunately, the current version will not allow you to change the directory for the installation. However, EVGA does plan to implement this change in the near future for Precision X15.
     
    bcavnaugh - That is a very interesting observation, It is actually a cropped photo of a large abstract painting that I created a while back.

    As of today 1-27-2015 the patch to fix switching the installation folder is still not working in version 5.2.8
     
    When will this be resolved? 

    Will a representative please comment on this?
