Can't reply with follow-up question because of an error

Hello, I've been trying to reply to my support email but every time I hit "submit question" it says "There has been an error while requesting your page, and our team has been notified."
It's been like this since yesterday around 4-5 pm in EVGA Australia :c (I don't know about US, EU etc, I assume they're fine)

Should I upload a picture?

    Try clearing your browsers cookies & cache to see if it will help allow you to post your question. You could also try submitting your question through a different browser.

    Hello Ausgaming,
    I do apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing you.  You can call us in as Sajin suggested or even just email directly to support@evga.com as well and if possible paste the previous message in there so we can see that also, either way we can look up the previous message with the email you used.  Keep in mind we will be closed Thursday and Friday for holiday and normal operations will resume Sat onward.

    Thank you for the suggestions, this may sound a bit silly but I'm nervous over the phone lol so I'll try emailing support@evga.com. Thank you guys you're awesome!
