i don't have a problem with downclocking cpu's in windows, power management in windows put cpu's at 100%

Huh? Wich settings do you have changed?
Everything is on Highperformance and 100% for the CPU Settings. But Everest show me in idle 2,2 GhZ Core Clock.

Everest doesnt always read it right run cpu-z or evga e-leet to actually see.

yes, use CpuZ and Eleet.
the only things on cpu that are enabled in bios is :
VT tech
ht + all cores
turbo and speedstep
and in win7 power management at 100%, and i have no idling.
And run X5550 with multi 22, while it's without turbo 20.
And cpu is always at 4.1Ghz , no idle downclocking

New bios version will have C1E option, that i can tell, and it works. Good job from Evga, now only fix the issues with RevodriveX2 bootable OS, triple channel memory running when dual GPU is installed, Something about the numaz option also disable/enable when dual GPU is in the system....

Try CPU Tweaker 1.5 You will then see that C1E option is enabled and it throttle your CPU...mine goes from 12x to 19x...although CPU-Z and E-LEET shows always 19x...those changes are too quick to them to notice. There was a whole thread about that. http://forums.evga.com/fb.ashx?m=662032

Is normal that you mem gets downclocked,
i had here also 24Gb mem, and i don't have problem with dissapairing mem.
I would put that more on limitation of IMC or bad settings from user.

None of the above. I only have 12gb of ram installed in 6 slots. I have to sometimes reboot to get all the ram regonized. That's unsat for a $600.00 motherboard.

and you're shure that it isn't because of settings in bios, or Oc settings?
Or bad cpu's (ES can give problems) ?
Because i putted 6x 4Gb corsair dominator GT CMT12 2000Mhz on it,
and now i have 6x 2Gb corsair Dominator GT CMT6 2000Mhz on it, also not with any problem (when i disable NUMA in bios offcourse)

What is this for a reaction? You're reactions give overclockers ,that get a hold of ES cpu's, Beta bios, Beta software's a reason to not share this with other people. I told you that also on Kingpincooling or Hwbot i think...... Some people have connections to get a hold on ES cpu's etc... by certain channels before they are for sale, and they are the best people that have a lot of knowledge of hardware, to test bios versions, beta software for OC and so on. And report the bugs back to the persons who supply ous with that software, so they can get the bugs out, and share some good stuff with the community when they release it official. I answer to people that have problems and i know what to do to help them, because i know a lot of hardware. I quite understand mosie.
There`s not so much about "get a hold of ES cpu's, Beta bios, Beta software's". We probably do not see much new CPU-s suitable for this board and existing ones mostly have over 6 months available widely. It should be ready product and mostly working.
I for example would be very happy if somebody could explain some anomalies. But it probably not gone happen :( No need to repeating some myths changing them on the fly just to accommodate to situation.
I am running now 24GB instead of 48 and still loosing memory. Every time I restart I have to check. Sometimes 16, sometimes even 8 left. Not changing any timings in bios just pure restarts. I thought I can get over setting all timings manually, for a while it work but it seems not anymore :(
So it is not about populating every dimm or every dimm per CPU or even in supported memory amount. Because I try 3x2GB and 6X2GB modules as well and it was the same. Even then some of memory was not accessible to OS after every boot.
Yeah, I start as well to be a little nervous about my investment. Not the board only but as well 2 different run of memory and 2 top level CPU-s not giving separately any significant gain compared to 990X (on a single cpu mb, just twice as expensive).
So I humbly beg for a new bios that the board could used as it was designed to ;) At least any hint when to expect official release or beta would be nice.
