Yeah, wouldn't be my choice of PSU, but it shouldn't have a problem with your set-up.

The Corsair GS series are indy regulated so they should beat out the S12II Bronze/M12II Bronze regarding voltage regulation, although ripple is much higher.  It will be sufficient, if it's in good condition.
 
The S12II Bronze 620W has a lower power rating, but it can actually deliver it well within spec while the original CM GX series wouldn't come close.  The GX750 is a 600W PSU at most.
