Nice looking setup. I am looking forward to purchasing the new shroud for my Hybrid once they are available.

I assume then that the fan on the radiator operates at full speed all the time per its specs, or does the fan vary in speed with PWM from the pcb on the video card itself? Thanks.

Eventually yes new stock will have the LED shroud, but may be some time and no ETA at this moment.

The fan on the rad is controlled by the GPU itself and controlled dynamically so you have no control over this, the blower fan on the Gpu you can control by normal way in precisionx , the Rad fan is connected via a 2pin.

I kept the fan on the hybrid but also installed a Corsair static pressure fan for push-pull.  Hooked them both to my fan controller. Then I installed a rubberized insulation ring around the AIO so that there was nothing metal on metal or even metal on plastic. Helped a lot with the small vibration buzz that I was encountering.

there is a very thin foil which has These scratches. You can remove the foil and the scratches are gone.
Even it Looks like there is no foil.
As i have two hybrids in my system and received two shrouds. They look exactly same as yours, and I was also a little disappointed about this small scraches. And only by mounting the second one i could noticed that it's just a foil. So i removed it finally on both Cards...even it was a mess to find a starting point. Took me many attemps with my fingernail on the first Card. But just don't give up!
Now both Cards Looks perfect! No scratches. And i'm very satisfied with the overall look.

Also the metal parts have a thin film over them, if you want it shiny you can remove this aswell, well at least on my one it did.

You're absolute right. 
Each of the "silver" parts has an own extra protection film on it. (partly slightly catched by the small screw on each of them..the screw on the left side on this picture. But still very easy to remove)
The one on this picture is clearly still not removed...therefore it has this "plastic" look.
This shroud is very well packed for transport in general! :) But it's not so obvious that these are all removable films, and i had to take a very close look to notice it. Especially because it has a big cover foil over the whole shroud out of the box already.
(at least i can tell it for my two shrouds)
