The new kits, once the shroud is filly released, should have the new shroud. That is, of course, if they have a chance to get switched. Places like Newegg and Amazon may have the old shroud for a while.

Will this be offered again? I finally got enough money to buy a 700 dollar 980ti hybrid and was really looking forward to a not gold shroud as gold completely clashes with my system :/

Read the post just above yours.. Wait for the new shroud to be released on the card. EVGA announced it during their live stream that it will be on the Hybrid once they re-release it.

Hopefully they will out it up for sale. Normally they do, and have no reason to suspect that w they wouldn't do this for the future.

The 980ti hybrid "gold" shroud doesn't look as bad in person as it does in pictures. But it is still homely looking and, personally I cannot wait for the new shroud.

I also found out that the promotion has ended just after I have received the card. It's a pitty. Ordered it on Monday when the promotion was still on and received it on Saturday when it was over. Can't say that the face-off program was the thing that made me go with EVGA and the 980ti hybrid but I was looking forward to the improved look and was hoping that the date of purchase will prevail not the date of registration.

New orders will still have the old shroud for the time being. Will take a little way to completely change everything over.

Hey I can see it's a EVGA with the new shroud with LED. As for me I can't see mine....cause No Blingy lights to them. All I see if my SLI bridge blinking

Still awaiting approval. Really looking forward to this, as I have to say, the old shroud does look a bit crappy compared to the reference unit it replaced. Although I don't miss the green glow shining out across the room, those reference LEDs are pretty bright, hope the white one in the new shroud isn't that bright!.

Very nice Jacob this is much nicer than the old shroud, very much looking forward to getting mine. I hope it ships by thanksgiving weekend when I have a 4 day weekend to replace the old shroud and game. A lot!
