Hey I have a few questions. Frist is I want to dual sleeve my cables so that it looks like white on red cables, but I dont know if ill want to use high density sleeve on top aswell as the bottem. I want the red to show through the white, so I was thinking that if I sleeve all the wires in red then get  1/2, or 3/4  sleeving for the 2nd layer that itll expand enough to show through. Does anybody have any pics I can see with the different methods?

Im looking forward to Diablo 3.

Having a hard time trying to grasp what you are talking about. When most people talk about sleeving something, it's to improve upon what was done by the manufacturer.
One example would be what you see in my signature.

    Case: Corsair 900D
    Motherboard: EVGA Z170 Classified E179
    CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K 4.6GHz
    RAM: 16GB Corsair DDR4 2133 16-15-15-36
GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 FTW DT SLI
    PSU: EVGA 1000w G2
    SSD: Samsung 512GB 950 Pro NVME M.2
    Monitor: Acer Predator X34 100Hz G-Sync
Sound: Schiit Modi 2 DAC~Schiit Vali 2 Amp
    Headphones: AKG K7XX Massdrop Edition

That looks great! I may need to do it that way. I was thinking more like sleeving all in red like that then if the sleeves are a loose mesh I could add a white sleeve over them all so itd look like the red has a white mesh over it so they would be round after with red shrink at the end. I like the way yours look though I could also just use red and white like that itd look good that way too.

What he's getting at is he wants one color to be on top of another color on all the wires, so no accents, he wants to do all red wire sleeving and then put white sleeving on top of that

I think itll look like White liquid tubing with red wire wraps only with sleeves. So I was thinking shrink wraping the wire would work too, then I can stretch the white sleeve out enough to to show the red wrap inside of it like its coved with mesh. I watched you tube videos to see how it works, but not sure if I can get thinner mesh sleeves to use after the red.
