CPU not folding?

So....only this month my CPU decided to not fold.  I have seen it fold once or twice, but majority of the time its sitting idle in the "Ready" stage.  Any ideas?

    Did you restart the rig?  Sometimes you have to do that after Stanford servers go down to get a new WU.

    Yea, I have ; 
    -restarted the PC
    -reinstalled F@H
    -re-established the folding slot
     
    Ill try to reinstall again...after the Thanksgiving.

    Set it to use 2 4 or 6 Threads 3 or 5 are not good Threads to Fold on.
    And as Mhertz said above the CPU SMP Servers go down a lot.
