I don't think this is card related but still I'm researching into this so I might as well ask here
I lately purchased COD Black Ops 2 for PC on Steam but i get these strange times when the game will Either go to a black screen or close the the desktop but if i click on the TAB in the taskbar to get back to the game it will lock up with a black screen.
Strange thing is if the game closes to the desktop no errors are displayed, all i have to do is close the game in the TaskManager and then re-open the game, strangest thing is its only Black Ops 2 that does this since all of my other high graphic games work perfectly, i did find a mild fix to it which was to raise my Voltage in my overclock engine so from 0.975 to 1.125 but i can only go to 1.150 and I don't enjoy running at those voltages :/ Does anyone else have this error or any ideas on how to fix this ? I've tried removing all drivers and doing a fresh driver install, I've flashed the latest BIOS and even re-installed the whole game but all i do is delay the crashes, i went over 4 hours for gameplay last night and it was perfect but today it failed after 10 mins so yeah I'm lost.

My temps are normally really low, my CPU is 10.c Idle and max of 46.c while stressed, As for my GPU It almost never reaches 60.c normally stuck at 56.c

Here are my PC SPECS:

Case: CM Storm Stryker

Set CPU back to default speed & voltage. Downclock GPU core & memory -105 from default clocks and rest.

Well i found the fix, turns out it wasn't any of that stuff causing the problem, turns out it was AI Suite causing the upset in my system, i closed differant things and eventully i close AI Suite and then.......No crash, no black screen or anything.

Thanks for your reply though :)

Ah, another AI Suite victim.  Good thing it was just that simple.  Let us know if you have any other problems.
