Well first off that vcore voltage is starting to get a little high for 24/7 use. Second off what was the blue screen code? 101/124/3b/ect.

The proper way to overclock these things is to do it incrementally and make sure you are stable before moving on. To determine stability something like prime95, linx or "intel burn test" should be ran for at least a full hour. You don't just go from 3.3ghz straight up to 4ghz. Also with HT disabled you will be losing performance for most applications that can utilize the extra cores provided by ht technology.

That's not exactly what I'm looking for, all you can really gather from an event 41 is that windows did not shut down cleanly. Way to generic.

What i'm talking about is the blue screen itself.
Below is a "124" blue screen, the 124 comes from the long number near the bottom of the screen.

Generally, 124 means you need more Vtt and 101 means more vcore. Most others are memory related.

The voltages will vary for every cpu, there is no silver bullet numbers to get it to run. You just need to work up from stock until you hit where you want to be at.

This is an old guide, but still very valid and works just fine.

Only thing that you do not need to follow from that guide is you do not have to touch the base clock(BCLK) at all, just increase your multiplier by 1 instead of increasing your base clock by 10mhz.

Bud only you can do that, take the chip to 3.8 gig note voltage then set to manual then run linx to see if stable
Bump your multiplier if you have a unlocked chip, then run linx
when you get bsod 101 bump vcore then re run linx
if you get 124 then bump vtt, then run linx
you need to test your over clock for stability and temps
other than that change that command rate to 2T, that may be why your blue screening  :D
