I doubt it will do much for coil whine. This is all about reducing ripple.

I'm guessing this is for all the troubles most of FTW users had to deal with, as well as I, such as black screen w/ 100% fans or artifacts on post/screen etc.

I was just looking for one of these.  I have a very tight gap between a fan and the GPU power cables.
 
The shipping cost worries me, when I tried to buy a FTW straight off EVGA the shipping was $80 to Canada. 
 
I really hope the shipping isn't going to be out of this world.

If I have an 8+6 pin Graphics card, am I forced to use an 8+6 pin input on the PowerLink?  Or can I use an 8+8 pin input from my PSU, and use the PowerLink as an adapter to the 8+6 pin graphics card?

Evga don't make the Titan xp.  Nothing saying ya cant buy one. I'm sure people will say if you can afford a titan xp then you can afford a $30 accessory.
