It's so pretty!  Looking good.

Thanks...

Here it is Finished!!!!
All I have let to do is clean up the big mess in this room and move my desk and montiors in. Whoot!
I had hope that the etching would turn out better. But it looks better when it is lit up. So all in all I am happy.
I am stll tweaking the OC got MB to 4.6 ghz  it is the GPU's giving mr a headache atm. I figured if I
walk away from it and get the room all setup it might be nice to me then.
Right now I am getting 45743 on 3d vantage but I want to so 50k+.

Will post picture of room after getting desk and triple display stand all setup.

Yeah it is that.. I really love it. Just got my last parts in today for the final touch.

4) OCZ Vertex Turbo 120gb SSD
1) Supermicro M14T Disk Array (raid-0)
2) OCZ Vertex 30gb (will be raid-0 boot drive)

Open the box already!

Not sure if this is a quiet fan yet or not. Will replace with one if needed.

I got this array because it was only one I found that was not reviewed as cheap and breaking days out of box. The Cage and trays are steel and the front lock is plastic but seems to be thick enough that I doubt it will break anytime soon. Plus the fact I don't see myself pulling out and replaceing drives all that often.

I currently have a 5th 120gb OCZ Vertex Turbo as my boot drive. But as I am going to build the 2nd sytem that I started out with originaly with the Corsair Obsidian 800D and the X58 Classified 3 way 759 I think I will use this as the boot drive for it and test out how much faster 2 30gb in raid-0 are. This way my best friend who use to stay in pace with me on PC builds,  got married and had a kid will be able to come over and we can game on the Lan.

Well got some free time to set up my raid array cage and all my drives. So I thought anyway. The first thing to go wrong is one of the 4 OCZ 120gb Vertex Turbo was D.O.A. I talked to newegg and got them to agree to cross ship but as it was late in the day I doubt I will see it before Monday. I stil wanted to see the bench results from multiple drives so I continued with the 3 120gb that showed up in Disk management and I was able to set them in raid 0 with the intel raid chip still no issues then I wanted to create a VHD and that is when I lost another of the new 120gb drives. It came up missing at 87% through the VHD create. I pulled it out threw it in my BlacX craddle and got nada, I connected it to a sata cable in 2 of my other pc's still nada. I lost the warm feeling I had at the start of this days task. I will call newegg in the morning and add a 2nd drive to be cross shipped. I thought it was best to test my 2 30gb OCZ Verte drives at this point and I am glad to say I ran them though their paces and they seem to be holding up nicely. I set them up as a striped disk set in disk manager just to get idea of the performace I could expect to see when I get them up on the onboard chip. Here is the results of my current boot drive 120gb  OCZ Vertex Turbo(not one of the four) and the 2 30gb OCZ Verte striped and just for kicks my WD 300gb Raptor.
