i'm still confused how that looping in the video cards work, is it viable to do on 1/2 ID tubing? with koolance blocks for a 5970 and 5870, i like how clean it looks. the pump isn't too powerful however 22 PSI about 500ish LPH

The idea to make cleaning easier .... made in making the alloy less sensitive to stain, scratches and fingerprints ect. and well understood how his'm cool implemented in the coming days: Ceramic sandblasting, degreasing and Pralox® bath are scheduled in two-step, all tower parts first and a second time the motherboard tray that needs to go see a high pressure cutter for a little corrections of Cable Management

How does your card cooling loop work? Doesnt seem like the pressure would want to flow through both evenly. Do both cards run the same temp. Just seems like one of the cards would receive a lot less flow. Nice rig though. Those are some sick reads and writes with that RAID setup. I like!

it's very simple in fact. waterblock are the same so the pressure drop of each WB are the same. the pressure drop is the key on a parallel loops. if you put a Y and two meter of tube and another Y, water is moving at the same speed on each tube why ? because de pressure drop are the same

I love this build it's super clean looking. The Lian-Li cases have such a clean look to them. Where are you sending the case to have work done on it? I was thinking about stripping my HAF down and having it sent somewhere to be blasted and powder coated.
