Hello,
 
as the title says I bought a GTX 1070 from Scan.co.uk and it arrived today however I cannot register it as it says the serial number is invalid. I looked at the box and the back of the card and they look exactly the same.

I want to get this sorted ASAP so I can register it and start using Precision XOC.

    I have the exact same problem... except that i have a founders edition that i bought from the nvidia website. it registered on the nvidia website no problem but i cant register it here to get precision xoc.
     
    Did customer support help you -Matthew? please tell me what they said to do! :D

    Hello,
     
    I just sent support a message explaining the situation. I got a reply very shortly after messaging them (the day I sent them the message the support office or whatever wasn't open until later than usual and shortly after it opened I got a reply) and the issue was fixed rather quickly and my product is now registered

    If you bought it and registered it with NVIDIA you can't register it here.  You didn't buy it from eVGA...
