Where did you purchase the 970 from? If you purchased it from EVGA directly, then contact customer service and they should be able to help you. If not, unfortunately there is nothing we can do as this promotion was for EVGA.com purchases only.

You could always return the cards, but you might be hit with restocking fee. I see a few EVGA GTX970 on newegg that come with the *free* game.

I just purchased a GTX 980 2 days ago and Newegg hooked me up with a code. I'd contact customer service from wherever you purchased your game with a better attitude and they will probably help you.

Your codes came from NewEgg Not EVGA, they are also doing it for PNY, MSI, and so on. "customer service" I could see this for 2 or 3 Days but not 2 Weeks. *Valid only with the purchase of a qualifying EVGA product model listed below while supplies last and the product must be purchased from EVGA.com on or after March 10th, 2015.

No, If you buy a card from Amazon you would then get the Code from Amazon not EVGA. Same goes if you buy a card from NewEgg you would get the Code from NewEgg Not EVGA.

The promotion is handled through authorized retailers of the product to the customer. When EVGA is the retailer (e.g. you bought it from EVGA.com), then EVGA would properly provide the code. If you bought it from Newegg, then Newegg is the retailer, not EVGA. The code is not provided by the manufacturer of the card. Likewise, you wouldn't buy a product on Newegg and then ask Amazon or Tiger Direct for the code.

yes that sucks...first they tricked me with the RAM-lie of the 970 ( bought two) Now I had exchanged them for two 980 SC... and now this (Deleted for Foul Language) promo excluding me because i bought them too early... but i got the newsletter...thanks for nothing ...for buying 1000 euro hardware from u (Nvidia)

sorry about this u.u this promo is only for the EE.UU so maybe foreigners do not receive the download code from amazon.com, they giveme 53 usd refound for the problem

Asi que opté por buscar una ayuda en español via chat y les dije que al comprar la tarjeta de video cumplía con los términos y condiciones de la promoción que salian en la compra:

obviamente el link que me envio no tenia que ver con lo que decia la promo de the witcher 3 en amazon.
En ninguna parte salia eso de solo EE.UU. asi que me ofrecieron reembolso de 53 usd y me pidieron mil disculpas xD, me atendio muy bien la mujer.
Y esa fue mi experiencia, asi que esto puede ser bueno de dos formas... compras una tarjeta por 50 usd menos lo cual es excelente, o te consigues los 50 usd de vuelta y lo compras tu mismo en steam xD, estoy pensando en que hacer yo.
Ojala pasen esta información a mas usuarios que no sean de estados unidos que esten ilusionados con tener el juego comprando la serie gtx 900 en amazon.com.
