man I am the biggest Borderlands fan I wish the 6GB 780 SC step up program would have counted I think its unfair I spent alot of money on that. I think spending over 350 bucks plus the card I just got just before the step up I always never get the cool games for free . the only one i ever got that was good was the batman. I have like 8 evga cards 3 of them i registered. plus a shield i just ordered from bestbuy/tigerdirect that you guyds linked me to getting that in a few days.

Bought an eligible GPU through TD retail. Not sure where to go to claim this free download. Any help? **Edit** Found the info I needed. Basically TD hosed me. Never got a code.

I was so happy when i found out about this promotion, i just finished creating account and registering my product, then i realised that i received my product after 12th not that i made the purchase order, and i bought from Amazon. I am very depressed now that i will not receive any code  i just finished building my new computer and using for the first time 6 days ago

so, you may be asking, why you started using your computer more than two weeks after purchasing? Well, i bought the video card for my birthday (August 15th) purchase date was BEFORE august 12th, and then i moved to Brazil in these 2 weeks, so i am even less eligible for a code now,
The only thing i have eligible now is my EVGA GeForce GTX 780, all other criteria is technically not eligible, i feel so unlucky right now

How i get the code if the product bought outside of the states and canada and not from the listed resellers? This is my first EVGA card - and not the last im very impressed - in the past the code was inside the box. On my bill there is the card + borderland tps.

Why would it? Was it ever advertised for the 980's? No... and you're complaining about it? For shame. If you really have a problem about it, take it up with Nvidia seeing as it's their promotion and not eVGA's.

Thats cool 2 980s. Im still satified with my card. got the game its bunkerdown time. no travel no go anywhere stay home and play games lol it will save your life.

I've been a loyal evga customer since the 200 series. ive given them literally thousands of dollars. the last time they did a bargain for the borderlands 2 they reimbursed me because amazon wouldn't validated my purchase for the game. im in no way shunning evga. i know this comes down from nvidia/geforce. all im saying is.. what about the loyal customers who made the jump to the 900 series.. youd think they're be some light on the flagship cards as well. instead, its focused around getting the previous and overstocked gpus off the shelves.

Yep, that is their plan. They see the new 900 series literally flying off the shelves and can't get them out fast enough. You have to understand that they are a company. If someone was buying your product faster than you could make it, would you really want to lose some of your profit margin by giving them something free? Companies usually only do that if they aren't selling as much as they would like to as an incentive.

Well, i was about to leave a request for the 5 people here to receive a code for the game, since we didn't qualify just for very little, but if that promo is just marketing to clean old stuff from shelves, then i will just forget this, and cry in the corner because my purchase was like 2 days before my birthday august 15th. (this 780 GTX is awesome btw)
So, anyone who did not get any borderlands code can stop whining, get over it, and move on. (and then wait for a 50% discount on christmas/summer steam sale)

I bought a GTX285 and demand free stuff that I am not entitled to. Sure it might not be quite as new as these just released cards, but I gave EVGA my hard earned cash......I should get free stuff just because. Edit: Oops, I forgot I got FarCry2 with my card......nevermind.

You don't understand, EVGA does not have the codes. You are basically asking them to stop what they are doing, go and purchase the codes for the game and then turn around and give them away. I am a sales rep (not for EVGA), and that doesn't make any business sense at all or even fall under the category of good customer service.

HaHaHa Ya it shoould be called Awesomeland in my opinion. Well I bought a EVGA card and now a EVGA motherboard every generation sense the 8800 gt series. and the only free stuff I have ever got was Batman AC.. It sucks doent it having to work for what you want. I wish I could freeload every thing but life wont let me. So I do what I gotta do. And you know when you earn it that feeling you get. When you pay for it you self? Is it worth it ? Well no its not. I want free stuff too . But I will tell you the game is awesome. I gonna play it on my 6GB 780 sc card streaming to my new nvidia portable sheild(Also rad). I agree But I not going 900 series Im staying with the 700 and 600 series Im still very satsified with them.
