So a few hours I installed my brand new Seagate Barracuda 2TB ST2000DM001, I watched about an hour of YouTube then played one match of Competitive on CSGO on the lowest settings which lasted maybe just over an hour, after it finished I was on CSGO main menu for a couple of minutes then everything froze then blue screen of death.

After I restarted everything was fine, so I checked the dump file and it said nvlddmk.sys caused it, now about Feb 2016 the same thing happened when I played on SMITE on the highest settings, after 5 minutes it would BSOD and also on CSGO on the lowest settings it would BSOD after about 30 minutes. the cause that I found out was my cheap PSU, so I bought a brand new EVGA 650 W GQ Series PSU and it worked fine after that. I really don't know if a brand new EVGA 650 W GQ Series PSU only 7 months old can go bad but I also don't know if a second HDD with nothing on it can cause a Blue Screen of Death.

My specs:
Asus p6x58d-e
EVGA 760 2GB (Blower type) 347.88 display driver
Corsair XMS3 8gb
EVGA 650 W GQ Series PSU

Second hdd isn't the problem. Have you tried doing a clean graphics driver re-install after removing the old gpu drivers with ddu? Making the minidump available for download would be helpful too.

Here's the dump file link: http://www.mediafire.com/download/15rb8n2hr56vea0/WD-20160922-1845.dmp

Also should I re-install the 347.88 display driver or install a newer one?

I played 2 just 20 mins matches on SMITE with max settings on and all seems fine, no idea why it would blue screen. Any ideas?

Also I only tried SMITE, I haven't tried CSGO yet. Also so I don't have to make another thread, how do I reduce vibration? it seems to be coming from the front of my case.
I have a CD Drive at very top, Card Reader below that, 120mm fan below that, and my 2TB HDD and my 300GB HDD at the bottom. my case is a Aerocool xpredator x1 mid tower.

So a re-install of the drivers helped solve the issue?

Maybe, I'm just about to join a 10 player match on SMITE with max settings as the last 2 matches were a 6 play AI match, see if it does it again. If it's the GPU I'm done for as the warranty ran out 3 weeks ago.
