Hey!

Today I want to start share my work on LC build in Lian Li V2120X which I started around 1,5 year ago...
Earlier it was simple build but with time I start to want more...

So, let's start quick journey through previous revisions and what's goin' on now...

And now is time for revision 4!!

My obsession of quiet forced me to modernize LC system to keep low temps after OC Core i7 and GTX580 under heavy load, quietly of course. Thus born idea for new revision.
Revision of system which should cool Core i7 and SLI, which should look nice and clean.

Project and parts list is ready, all parts are on the way to me.
Part of it is already delivered.

I know you like pictures so no more talking...

I'm totally in love with that sleeving. I'm assuming it's paracord? that combination looks very unique.

    They're valve-based..
    From Koolance site:
"QDC shutoffs work by having an internal valve that self-seals and opens as needed. Both male and female fittings contain a "plunger" that is spring-activated. When connected, the valves on both sides remain open to allow coolant to pass through. When detached, each side immediately closes."

I'm pretty sure it's not Paracord but I can't tell you which brand makes it because I bought this sleeve from my local reseller who uses their own names...

Pretty nice. But why did you put both cards right next to each other? The top one doesnt have much space to pull in cool air.

It's caused by PCI-E lanes assignment.
    Slots 2 and 4 using NF200.
I will try use slots 1 and 3(only x8 lanes) later but anyway it's just for few days because tomorrow should arrive waterblocks and last package with LC stuff at beginning of next week...

Nice loving the look, the red coolant looks BA. Also good choice on the koolance blocks for the 680's. I have a koolance block on my 580 and freaking love it. I wasent a fan at first but they really grew on me and the quality is next to non. What are you doing with your 580? You should fold on it or something

Hello nice rig, I have question. I just finished my for water cooled setup, I can not see inside my case and have the same one as you the Lianli 2120.

Your panel and window look great, can you tell me where or how you got yours done please ?

I saw another online window was out side but yours is great. Thanks and look forward to your reply.

    Hello,
    and thanks :]

It's milled plexi window in order to be equal (smooth) with side panel without edge.

It was custom made for me by my friend in Poland.
So I guess you need to find someone who can and will make than panel for you or maybe you want contact to my friend to ask him about making panel for you if shipping isn't a problem.

Ah I was afraid you would say that, does your friend still have the design work and measurements? Shipping the side panel to poland from USA and back would be killer money. (Correct me if I am wrong please)

Yes your panel is by far the best I have seen its recessed and on the inside, not only you have the best case int he world but the bets panel job. Congrats I am very jealous ;)

Yes any help drawings or dimensions would help or a quote on cost from your friend if possible.

The size and shape of the windows was my idea.
The window must be milled to the thickness of the panel and mounting tape or other mounting material to make it smooth at all.
Scrath for water/laser cutting was made by me in CorelDraw/Autocad.
It's nothing hard to do by yourself.

Unfortunatelly I can't give you more details about milling the plexi.
I'm sure you will find someone in USA who can do this job for you.
It's cost me in dollars around 100$.
