I can undersatnd the 4-6 weeks processing and shipping, just like a normal order. My concern is that the website says the winners will be notified, but nobody has been notified yet.

Hopefully before then because according to the rules we need to complete the Report by Feb 27th for a chance to win the secondary prizes.
