So it appears that it was the interaction of my cpu with my Mobo That causes it to auto OC
And since my cpu is pretty old it cannot handle it. The stress tests gives stable load to the cpu.
But ingame it doesn't and the cpu cant handle that shift and resulted in a shutdown.
In the end I will just buy a new mobo cpu and ram combo.

Go into your Power Plan / Advanced settings and change your minimum processor speed to 15 to 20% so it doesn't throttle down so much. I had similar stability issue with mine making such a big jump in speeds until I made the change to keep my CPU speed to a 1500 MHz minimum.

Does this happen at random or in a specific game you play?

I never had any stability issues with Fallout 4. I've never tried the other games you mentioned. If these crashes are happening at stock factory clock settings and go away by downclocking your clocks by -100 MHz then I would safely say it is time to apply for an RMA replacement if you still have any warranty coverage.

Can close this thread. The main problem was the GPU.
It was just unfortunate that all the other things failed at the same time making it really hard to pin it to the GPU first.

 
Are your blue screens fixed too?

Yes everything is sorted out. In the end i pretty much bought a new pc.
I have swapped everything around a bit and it is only with my old GPU that i get the problems
