I need help with my new x58 classified

I dicided to post a 920 DO template at 3.6 /3.8 turbo on ( this works with both CO and DO CPUs )

Ok, this is strange, I have a 975EE, and I leave blk to 133, but using 30x for 4ghz, and cant turn off turbo mode under cpu features. its greyed out.,
but when I go to 166blk an dower cpu to 2x its disabled.
