This Vizio Rocks. It runs 4k at 60 HZ through its HDMI 2.0 port and has 4 other HDMI 1.4 ports It has a "Game low latency" option which makes it run nice and smooth while gaming. For $529.00 you seriously will not find a better gaming monitor solution. I love it!!! http://www.costco.com/Viz...product.100160937.html

I have never had good luck with TV's as gaming montiors, and 43" would be too much for my liking, but that is a CRAZY good deal on a Tv honestly.

I have also never had good luck/experience with a TV as a pc monitor, but this tv rocks!! Not only does it look breathtaking in 4k, it also runs 2560x1440 perfectly also. All text in 4k looks clear and crisp. Colors are vivid and the response time is way better than I thought it would be

Tempting offer coming from Vizio, and full array backlighting?...nice! As someone who only does sp gaming on nothing but HD/UHD TVs, I couldn't care less about input lag anymore (it all reacts fast enough for my laid-back demeanor lol). The only draw back I could find is that it doesn't seem to do 4:4:4 @ any resolution/refresh rate for desktop use, and to me 43" is quite large sitting about 2 feet away. If I hadn't upgraded the big screen to 4k already, I'd be really considering this. Will definitely be watching out for this brand down the road though. Thanks for bringing it out into the spot light.

HDMI 2.0 and the price is right. Also clearly states "Game Mode" option, so latency will be less of an issue than some other UHD tvs. Is it TN or IPS? Wish it had DP, but with HDMI 2.0 that's ok. THe only thing I don't like about the listing is that I want to see a real picture of the screen and not one with content Photoshopped into it to see real bezel size. Also, they're advertising internal frame interpolation 120hz, not what the port-in hz is. I can assume 60hz with HDMI 2.0 but it's not actually telling me on their page.

Probably neither, many UHD TVs out now are using VA panels, which I wouldn't be surprised if this was using the same. Also, I don't think HDMI 1.4a has the bandwidth for 4K @ 60Hz, and so it'd have to be the HDMI 2.0 allowing that. Edit: Yep, VA ... http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/by-brand/vizio?uxtv=ec5c

Yes for sure it has 1 hdmi 2.0 port, that runs 4k @60 hz. With the 60 hz and game mode low latency on, it really does a great job in games. Crysis 3 is amazing on it Seriously I have played games on countless monitors and this is BY FAR the best. + the price is great! You can pick this up at Costco Nd if you don't like it, you can return within 90 days for a complete refund. Also, I thought 43" would be to big for a computer desk.... It is simply outstanding and perfect for gaming. You gotta see it to appreciate it. Do note that if you buy it. Whenever you switch the resolution to 4k, you have to go into Nvidias control panel and set the refresh rate to 60 hz. You also have to go into picture settings and turn on game low latency settings also. Thats it

I wouldn't let built-in sound sour you on something like that. The first thing people always do is get a 5.1 or 7.1 amp with a modern tv anyways.

I'll say save more 100-200$ and buy a 60inch tv. I bought a 60 inch 4k vizio for $999 back in February and it rocks. It runs at 60hz but I never tested it in gaming just for movies. With steam machine and VR arriving this fall I would definitely say wait till black friday or invest in better T.V.

I would personally wait till there is more 4k content. Up-scaling 1080p material is arguably the same if not worse that a native 1080p set. Then again, for gaming, you would get some benefits now although to push 4k, you would need something pretty beefy and you would be capped at 60fps (not that too many set ups would go much higher at that resolution anyways). I don't know, it's a funny time to buy a tv right now. Resolution is nice when I am up close gaming and with a good framerate but I can't say I enjoy it as much as the real estate of my 100'' projector set up. 4k on a projector would be nice but we have a while before all things 4k are available, affordable and viable.

Umm, you sure about that? Unless they didn't update the page... http://www.rtings.com/tv/..ews/vizio/m-series-2015 1080p @ 60Hz @ 4:4:4: No 1080p @ 120Hz: Yes 4k @ 30Hz @ 4:4:4: No 4k @ 60Hz: Yes 4k @ 60Hz @ 4:4:4: No It doesn't support chroma 4:4:4 unfortunately at any resolution/refresh rate. This doesn't matter for movies or even video games, you will only see a difference for a PC monitor. 4:2:2 works though. 1080p @ 120fps works (although only for the 60" model and up), which is great for gaming on a PC.

I'd take the vizio over the crossover. As a monitor these 4k tvs are pretty good. The crossover MAY have less input lag but not sure, the vizio has a game mode to reduce input lag.
