Can i get a little help on case fans ? Looking into a new case... it supports both 120mm and 140mm fans. Would like them to have red LED's, be fairly quiet, yet move plenty of air. Any suggestions ?

I currently have the Corsair air series AF140 red LED case fans installed, they are fairly inexpensive and I haven't had any issue with them plus all my temps have been great. They are extremely quiet, I can only notice the noise if I put my ear right next to the case.

I have the Rosewill Hyperborea 140mm fans and have been impressed with them. I usually wouldn't get Rosewill products as they're usually cheaply made, but these have been in use almost 24/7 for 2 years without a problem. At the time they were one of the highest static pressure 140mm fans available and work great on my radiators. They also move a fair amount of air with little volume by my standards. I have wanted to check out the EK 140mm fans as well, but don't know how they would do for air cooling.

+1 - I have some of these exact fans and they are excellent for the price except they don't have LEDs. They aren't typical "Rosewill" quality because they are re-branded Akasa Apache fans. I have also had great luck with a set of the Aerocool DS fans plus they look really different! ( http://www.aerocool.us/accessory/images/dsfan_14red.html) Thermaltake RIING fans look awesome but I have no experience with their performance. http://www.thermaltake.com/Cooler/Case_Fan_/Riing/C_00002634/Riing_14_LED_Red/design.htm

Rosewill Hyperborea are actually identical to Akasa APACHE Black fans, which themselves are a slightly slower version (1300 RPM vs 1600 RPM) of the akasa viper fans but without the vomit-yellow coloring. both the apache and viper fans are very popular and well reviewed fans. the rosewill and akasa fans are made by the same OEM. even the specs are identical. as you guys probably know, rosewill doesn't actually make anything. they just rebrand other company's products. rosewill is selling the same exact thing as akasa but at a significantly lower price. the EK vardar fans suck. they are wanna be gentle typhoons but nowhere near as good. if you really want super premium 140 fans, the 140mm noiseblocker nb eloops are a good option as intakes. noctua fans are great. but the rosewill hyperborea will do just fine. if there aren't any airflow obstructions, pretty much anything will do.

I think i like those Aerocools. The Tt's look nice also. The Rosewill's would be great if i was only interested in a nice quiet case, except my new set up will be about showing off what i got... for my own pleasure. Tired of looking at the a non windowed case side, and having all these cool led lit products. Thanks for sharing !

I'm using Deepcool (blue leds) and Cooler Master (red leds) for quite some time and none has failed me so far. Been using them for around 3 or 4 years and I've seen the models are still available.
