Hey everyone. Hope you all had a great week and are looking forward to the weekend!

EVGA 17th Anniversary gaming event was a great success and we want to thank all that participated.

We did have some performance issues with some servers and we have taken this week to really try to work them out. We are keeping two servers in the US. One in Los Angeles (This is new!) and keep one in New Jersey (This one has been strong so far!).

Please review the list over at http://www.evgagaming.com/servers.aspx and update your favorites in Battlelog.

Happy about getting an L.A. server. Ping is quite good there.

We need a 'handicapped' server for Senior Citizens only just to give us old guys a chance. Players under 60 NOT allowed!

Id REALLY love for the servers to not have a ton of auto-spam going during the maps and Id really like to see some leniency on the language bot. I know this keeps getting brought up over and over, but hopefully you will see how much of an annoyance it is.

The balance wasnt that great most often in the event either as most teams lost by over 250+ tickets each round I was there. I did have fun minus the 1st paragraph and actually added a few new folks to origin that i had some fun playing with.

We have rolling text ads run every 5 minutes. That shouldn't be taking up too much space in the chat window. Is there other messages that seem too much? I know the language filter can get out of hand if many players are triggering it but that's suppose to happen.

How about getting rid of the pointless text ad's about evga on social media. I think people already know evga on social media.

It'd be nice if there were more maps in rotation on the BF4 servers...  especially the "Second Assault" maps are very popular.  I understand not having expansion maps during events as to not limit who can play/win but then again the servers don't sit idle during an event either.

I agree the "G" rated and general coddling on the servers DO take a certain amount of fun out of the game and at some points do encroach on how the game is meant to be played.  The language filter "gets out of hand" because it's so easy to trigger IMO.  Also - I'm not complaining just stating my observations.

I think it was a bad idea to switch from NFOservers.com to Gameservers.com. All the BF4 servers in the image below rent from nfoservers.com.

I had a preference to NFO myself, mainly because GS is more costly to subscribe to.

The big problem to this switch in GSP, of which I had made the same mistake myself two years ago, was when EVGA cancelled out the NFO server, EVGA wiped out all the thousands of players that saved the EVGA BF4 server GUIDs
    over the last three years.

For a lot of players unaware that EVGA switch to GS, when they look in their favorites for the EVGA BF4 server.......IT IS NOW GONE.

Will these players go looking for the new EVGA servers??? Who knows!

Yea when you type ingame like **** and get threatened its a bit childish. I just dont understand the massive emphasis on G rated language in a game that is rated M and has cursing in it. I think the servers should run with ALL DLC as Dice has given away pretty much all of the Xpacks now for free over the last month to help continue keeping servers healthy until BF1 hits.

Interesting that #12, 13, 33, 36 are all in my favorites list.  #33 is the server I play on probably 90% of the time and it's ALWAYS packed with a queue depth of 5+ at any given time.  Rarely any lag issues either and they are running 40Hz rate.

All server provider issues aside I think the lack of DLC is the #1 issue... I mean the game has been out almost 3 years now and as previously stated they have given away all the DLC at one point.  Most of the servers that stay full also have pretty high ticket count (1000+) for longer games and fairly fast vehicle respawn times as well.

Honestly I'd love to play on EVGA servers during non events.  I could even ignore the language filter since its entertaining to not only watch people get popped but also the ridiculous things it blocks.  But ultimately given the choice between playing on a full server vs one thats populated 10/64...  It's really not a difficult choice.

EVGA has tried running DLC maps before, it didn't help with traffic on the servers. During events, stock map server would always fill up, the DLC server would be empty.

The more server rules you make, the more reason you give people not to play on your servers. I'm glad DICE restricted quickplay traffic to Official mode only. That is the best battlefield experience. People don't have to worry about abusive admins, being spammed with text ads or gameplay restrictions. You get 4-5 people to seed a BF4 server running in official mode, that server will fill up before you know it.
