It would be sad if Stanford's foul-up of all our Kepler folders disrupted our goal, but it looks like that's what may happen.

The issue with the K cards and folding happening just when we were going to hit our goal seems a little fishy.

If they get them worked out and we start geting more ppd on kepler cards in the long run it will probably help our team though. We have a lot of people using those cards.

To be fair, the other guys got hit harder than we did two weekends ago with the bigadv collection server fiasco. I have no ideas if the past two weeks cancel each other out, but they remind me of a few more reasons to be frustrated with F@H in general.

NerdGZ This is EVGA_NerdGZ entering the circuit with 200k PPD until Wednesday. Over!!! Good to have you on board NerdGZ. That 200k will help make up for the 200k BA I lost this morning. Less than 10hrs to go, didn't think it get this hot so early in the day so I hadn't started the AC's yet, don't ya know the BA rig "I guess" over heated & locked up. Its been stable so its the only thing I can come up with. I had hoped for a 350K+ day today. Swapped to normal smp for now since we need the points ASAP. Should be able to turn 25k from the time I got it back going until midnight to night. A far cry from 200k+ tho for that single rig. Oh well we do only what we can. Edit: sorry should have said 100k+ PPD 200k+ for 2 days it take to finish a BA. Fold on fold hard.

What we need to do is get EVGA promoting FOLDING ALONG with GAMING at booths at events. So it be a good idea for them to have some EVGA FAH swag PUSH & SELL all the good things they do for their customers reeeel them in and then while you have them setup like duck on water ya hit them with the FAH pitch...and how each of them could be doing something good for their community like recycling - all while earning those EVGA BUCKS.

I think I did here http://forums.evga.com/fb.ashx?m=1764899 It's also the same process that has been in our Help section at this thread by Jedi95. http://forums.evga.com/tm.aspx?m=1624942 That's the process that I followed from the start, but it doesn't solve the Kepler issues that I've seen, just allows you to be an outlaw and Fold beta WUs on Kepler!

I myself will have another rig complete & folding today. My parts are here! Couple things have come up but it will be online today. Reminds me I need to order some thermal paste I'm almost out! Lets keep right on folding as if we were still trying to holding the #1 spot. I'd like to see those daily production number go up even more. Fold on!

Just a quick question to see if there is any way to increase our (wife & I) PPD; we have: - 2 ea. i5-2500k@4.2, GTX580@882 - Wolfdale@3.66, GTX260@621 - Conroe@3.00, GTX260@621 - Penryn@2.53, GT240 (laptop) The only custom option I have on each slot is: <max-packet-size v='big'/> I have FAH client 7.2.9 on all machines folding SMP and GPU 24/7 (minus some gaming time on the 580s). Are there any other configurations/options I can use to increase PPD?

Without going to a VirtualBox setup & Linux or native Linux, probably not. I'm not much up on V7 so there may be some other options that may help PPD. Someone else will have to give you hints on V7. With v7 client-type beta might get you better WU's that produce more PPD.

Our daily production is up, looking like a 30mil day and on pace for 750mil for the month. Even though it's early in the month, I think we're beyond the EVGA bucks boost. Maybe those few 8057s are making a difference already!
