I have a lot of videos x265 and even x264 where videos were I'm getting stuttering and dropped frames, I see in the madvr stats that the present queue is running empty indicating a video card problem.

Is it possible for your techs to look into this and possibly provide a firmware update?

    Welcome to the EVGA forums

This problem is most likely caused by the "version" of the program you are using being incompatible with the driver you have installed (not uncommon)
*file fragmentation should also be checked as the reported issue matches as well....

The solution is not a firmware issue, but rather finding a version of the program and a driver version that work correctly together
(thru trial and error). Finding the video driver available around the date your playback program was released often works!
**It appears there might be newer versions that are available http://www.videohelp.com/.../old-versions#download

Either that, or use a different program to accomplish the same playback needs (there are quite a few, and most are free)
