I´d say yes, unless their stats server had problems. Or you an wait another hour. Mine already went to clean up my Boinc manger

Great start with Enigma! For one update we were even 4th! Question: I´m currently making up my mind about the last few days. Does Poem require a wingman?

Fantastic job on ENIGMA guy's For those of you still grinding Collatz, due to it's soon upcoming end, you might consider to switch away from the Large WU's, and just run SOLO's, or lesser. A large one takes prox 20hrs, while a Solo takes less than 2hrs. Better to serve many finished small ones upon finish line, than being short of time for delivering big ones in time.

Just added my Galaxy S3 as reinforcement on Enigma. So to all of you willing/ daring enough: this is a good and easy way to strengthen us there without taking away power from other projects. on Android: just go to the google store, download boinc, add enigma and you´re off crunching. Much easier than it used to be with the "native boinc" app I had been running in the past

I don't know the answer to that. I'm starting to store a few away now, but I haven't returned any in a while and can't remember. I guess running Enigma on my slower dual and quad cores will serve us well. That leaves either POGS or bunkering POEM on the faster ones. Most of my Rosetta tasks will finish by the deadline. Collatz too. Solid job by the team!

Looking at the tasks from some of Poem's top hosts, there is no wingman. Orange, thanks for the suggestion to switch to shorter collatz tasks. That makes a lot of sense.

a wingman is second person to run your tasks and validate it. The credits are only given once both are returned and validated against each other. These are your tasks "pending validation" ( pv vault)

Enigma had some problems earlier as well, but that got resolved rather quickly. No wonder with the pentathlon going on and Grandpa hammering away at Enigma as well

Punchy, you might want to go and look at your POEM settings and be sure you trying to get CPU tasks and not GPU tasks. POEM has not had GPU tasks for a long while. They are working on a new GPU application but keep running into roadblocks in the process. They do have 46,848 CPU tasks showing as ready to download on the server status page.

Finally got some POEM tasks, I guess the server was temporarily busy. Just to make sure I've got the timing right, both Rosetta and Collatz segments end tonight at 0:00 UTC, 17:00 Pacific?

Sounds right to me. Right now Eastern time zone is four hours behind UTC and Pacific is three hours behind Eastern. So yes, 5 PM Pacific would be correct.

I wouldn't be too surprised if bcavnaugh had something to do With that one Swinging the axe^^ Many Nice dumps from the team. I'd like to mention sajinor in particular, fairly New to crunching, already establishing as a hard GPU hitter. I also apreciate Our team show strength both in CPU and GPU country.

Like this one? Just a little something I came up With.... LOL See? Skynet missing, Doesen't sum up right. Team position could have been different. This is the BOINC stats on your work: http://boincstats.com/en/stats/-1/user/detail/2888240/projectList I prefer this one, very easy to browse trough all sorts of BOINC Projects, knock yourself out saji^^ Edit, those numbers (credit day) are not daily averages, they are last day's production.

Has anyone compared HT on/off for POEM or Enigma? I've had it turned off because Rosetta was such a memory hog that there wasn't enough total memory for HT on, but POEM and Enigma tasks are small enough that I can turn it back on if it's beneficial.

You can certainly run Enigma with HT on. No problem there. I've only run POEM on non HT systems so far.

Checked 7 core ht on both projects Poem 3.8 GB and Enigma 3.7 GB. Not sure what's going on. Checked another box running Enigma and it showed 1.62 GB. I7 920 1.62, 3770k 3.8?

Rosetta and Collatz should be finished. We picked up 14th and 13th, respectively. A bit disappointing on Collatz, in my view. Thought we would do better, being a GPU team and all. Oh well, we still dumped over 70 million points in 3 days.

so I got the z77 back together and running. I had the pump and the fan controller on the same power cable and it didn't have enough power and the pump failed and cooked the system. thank god I had speedfan setup to auto shutdown @85'c on the chip, it saved it from blowing up. so I put the pump on its own rail and its fine now. it's crunching for tonight but my cousin is picking it up tomorrow night. but for now I have both x79s the z77 and x58 hammering away on pogs and enigma.

With the exception of a few boinc projects, gpu grid being one, most bionic gpu is amd optimized. In folding the opposite.

I was afraid of this. All the work from POEM has been taken so people can build up bunkers. I may have to go back to POGS just so I have something to run. POEM is not known for fast reactions when work runs out or the servers have problems so this might go on for a few days.
